When you look for a Tiny House, or a knock down house, there are many beautiful designs to choose from. But like many other things in life, the difference lies in the details.

If you are looking for the cheapest possible house in the size you want, then the house builder is forced to choose the cheapest possible materials. You get what you pay for.

At Tiny House Thailand we can also make the cheapest possible house for you, but we would like to tell you what might be a better solution for you.

Let us take one example.

To make the cheapest house we use a 6 mm Smart Board for the walls. It is a sheet made of concrete. It is a very robust material, and the walls can almost stay forever.

The problem with this thin wall is that they not protect against the outside temperature. The house will be like a bake oven in summertime, and very cold in winter time.

We also use thin metal sheets for the roof of the cheapest house. Same problem as with the walls.

Hot in summer, cold in winter.

We have an alternative which will cost around 10-20 % more for a house.

We offer 35 mm thick walls and roof sheets.

Galvanized iron and polyurethane

This way your house is fully insulated, and you can live a comfortable life the whole year.

This is what we like to do for you. Then you will enjoy staying in the house, no matter what the weather offers you of challenges. Even earth quake.

If you invest in a solar cell system, you can place the house outside the civilization and enjoy life, far from everything.

The insulation with 25 mm Polyurethane is a very effective way to protect you from the hottest days.

The measure for the best heat protection is 7

25mm Polyurethane plus gypsom board has a value of 6,5-7. It means less electricity used to keep the house nice cold.
